Rates effective October 1, 2026

Lease Rates

• Commercial Lease (Charter boat Row) Rates are $26.87 per foot plus $1.00 per foot Capital            Improvement Fee
• Commercial Lease (Angelfish Pier) Rates are $37.10 per foot
• Recreational Lease Rates are $42.33 per foot
• Live-aboard Lease Rates are $17.22 per foot plus $1.00 per foot Capital Improvement Fee. Beam over 15 feet additional $28.56 per foot
• All Leases require a deposit equal two month's rent

Dockage Rates

• $4.58 plus tax per foot/day & Utilities – Transient
  
• $58.18 plus tax per foot/month & Utilities  - Transient

Other Rates

• $20.00 Ramp Fee
• $20.00 / day Trailer Storage $20.00 / day Ramp (in/out same day)
  
• $20.00 / night Single and Double Axle Trailer
  
• $30.00 / night Triple Axle Trailer
• Trailer parking is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. We do not accept reservations. 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date and time and must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Dockmaster at gbdockmaster@cityofkeywest-fl.gov.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival, or failure to cancel by e-mail will result in a cancellation charge.

A vessel is considered a "NO SHOW" at 3:00 pm on the reservation arrival date, and the reservation will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made. 

CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM.

Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery are accepted.
